What I collect. When you send a booking inquiry: your name, email, the placement, size, timing and idea you describe, and any images you send. When you join the updates list: your name, email, and the city and state you give. Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which may process your IP address.

What I use it for. Answering your inquiry, quoting and booking your tattoo, and sending the updates you signed up for. City and state from the updates list tell me where people are so I can plan where to tattoo next. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

What I don't collect here. Health information is never asked for on this site. Anything a consent form needs is handled in person at your session, on paper or in a separate consent tool, and kept as Washington law requires.

Who handles it. The site runs on Vercel, the database on Neon, email through Resend, and mail is also kept in Google Workspace. Each processes data only to provide the service.

How long. Booking records and the messages between us are kept for at least three years after your session. Updates list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices. Every update email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, email hello@taetyn.ink from the address you used. Deletion removes your personal details; an anonymized record may be kept where the law requires.

Age. Tattooing anyone under 18 is illegal in Washington. The inquiry form asks you to confirm you are 18 or older, and ID is checked at the session.

Changes. This page is updated when practices change. Last updated September 2026.
